Vertical Divider

Residential city complex with commerce area in the ground floor.
The street level opens up with larger transparency towards the outside; the traffic is directly connected to the same level. In the top stories there is a array of duplex apartments that open up to both bordering streets. The top story is a penthouse with a roof terrace overlooking the city.
The façade as well as the duplex typology with variation in balcony sizes articulates verticality and allows for high vegetation to be grown in the heart of the city center. ​
